What happens if you find wood rot or siding damage?

It goes in the estimate up front with the repair cost included. That is the whole reason I look at the house before quoting it. You will not get one number from me and a different number after we start.

What paint do you use, and is it warrantied?

Sherwin Williams on most jobs, and I also work with BEHR and Benjamin Moore if you have a preference. All labor and materials carry a 5 year warranty.

Are you licensed?
